Main functions to develop:
- Project Coordination.
- Budget Management.
- Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between different teams and stakeholders, providing updates and ensuring that everyone is aligned on project goals and timelines.
- Ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards is essential.
- Lead and support project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring that team members are clear on their roles and responsibilities.
- Analyze project outcomes to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- + 3 years of experience as Program Manager in the automotive sector working with German customer.
- Fluent in English is required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Travel availability is required.
- High leadership and Organizational skills.
