At Itera Mobility Engineering, we are seeking an Advanced Quality Engineer to join our team in Valencia.
Main functions:
- Responsible for the quality of new products during the approval process from the design phase to their production launch
- Ensure compliance with deadlines and milestones agreed with the client.
- Fulfill the role of Voice of the customer.
- Understand and address customer expectations and quality requirements, maximizing customer satisfaction and project profitability.
- Validation of the product value chain through the different processes (mold, gauges, packaging, injection, painting, assembly, transportation).
- Identify and evaluate potential risks that may affect product quality, developing strategies to mitigate them.
Requirements:
- Bachelor´s degree in engineering.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in Quality Assurance in the automotive Industry.
- German customer experience is a must.
- Experience using automotive quality tools, (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, DOEs, MSA, Control Plan, Gauge R&R, etc.)
- Knowledge of quality norm such as ISO 9001 or ISO TS 16949
- Fluent in English.
- Travel availability is required.
